Nutrition Consultation Package of: 2 hr Online Initial Nutrition Assessment PLUS a further 30 minutes for plan interpretation and feedback. An Initial Nutrition Assessment will cover: Your full case history, including medical and family history Your current health concerns and symptoms Your health goals; short and longterm A unique, comprehensive nutrition plan to include diet, supplement and lifestyle advice Ongoing aftercare support via email, Whatsapp, text or phone. 7 x 1 hr Online Follow Up Appointments PLUS a further three x 30 minute calls for plan interpretation and feedback. A follow up appointment will include: A full review and assessment of progress to uncover any challenges encountered and health improvements Discuss your new (if any) health goals and next steps of your health journey A revised, comprehensive Nutrition Plan with diet, supplement and lifestyle advice Functional test interpretation Ongoing aftercare support via email, Whatsapp, text or phone.
